Late July, 2025 purchased a pair of ON Eclipse at the Fleet Feet store on Republic Road, Springfield. Good experience and love the shoe. Around Oct. 1 I stepped out of my car onto a mall parking lot. My shoes squeaked LOUDLY every step I took and have ever since! It's so loud that if I walk through an office building, people stop and stare at me. Great store. Friendly, knowledgable and efficient.
I went in to get a new pair of shoes with no knowledge of what I needed. I was greeted within seconds and had someone helping me shortly after. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go when unsure of what you want/need.
Quick service, and it was great to see the feet scan that confirmed what I already knew about my wide, flat feet. The sales associate took the time to go through several pairs of shoes and patiently waited for me to jog back and forth to make sure I was comfortable with the shoes. The prices were also very reasonable, and I liked that I got an email with the scan results in it. I might even come back for some orthotic inserts.
Our experience today 9.27 has been disappointing. The customer has been top notch in the past. Today the guy pulled out two shoes said try them on and walked away. We liked a pair and took to the counter and there were seven attendants just standing around including ours... The guy who did bring out the two pair did check us out but the person next to him engaged us... Receipt says Wyatt. Hope our encounter is better on the next go around. If I want a turn and burn experience we'll go to show carnival or mall.
