Jacob and Wyatt in Springfield were amazing! I was greeted by Wyatt who explained the process of scans and services offered as I had never been on a Fleet Feet store before. Then, Jacob took me through the scans. I never felt rushed. He took his time to make sure he understood my needs and I understood the results of my scan. This is the second day wearing my new shoes and my back, hip and knee pain are almost gone!! Thank you so much!!!!!
Excellent experience, fixed My foot pain with shoes and insoles..I would have bought socks also, had to save something for my next trip.The machines they use tell you so much , like how you walk on your feet , cause everything was such a great experience and so knowledgeable about my feet.
