Fleet feet went out of their way to make sure I got the shoes I wanted. I was torn between two shoes but one shoe was 1/2 size too big. To make sure I got the shoe that was best for my feet, the owner went to his Encino store location and brought back the right size back to Burbank the next day. Great staff, very helpful and patient while making decisions on which shoes are best. Very knowledgeable as well and the 3-D scanner showed a lot about my feet I didn’t know!
