I believe the customer service is fantastic at Fleet Feet. They can measure your feet through technology and then also watch you walk or run to determine best shoe for you. Everybody is friendly and makes sure all your questions are answered. I buy all my fitness shoes at Fleet Feet. Thank you!!
This was my first visit to a Fleet Feet store. After being off from running for 8 years, I wanted to ensure I "got off on the right foot :)", so decided to visit the local franchise for a fitting. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the large variety of products. Alex took her time to ensure I had the information I needed to make well-informed choices. Can't wait to hit the road in my new gear, and will definitely be back to Fleet Feet for the rest of my running needs.
Helpful and friendly staff! They made great suggestions for add-ons without making me feel like I was in a high-pressure sales situation. The staff really made an effort to connect with me on a personal level and show genuine interest in my needs and goals. It was my third stop of the day looking for new shoes, but from now on it will be my number one!
Excellent full service specialty shoe store! Excellent products!! I was getting blisters while power walking and they not only scanned my feet on their machine to measure for best fit they also recommended the perfect socks. Now I did spend a pretty penny but it is totally worth it. Highly recommend.
Best place and community for runners
Every time I visit, I have the best experience ever. The sales people are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to get you in the right shoe!!! I will never go back to a big box chain store for my shoe needs

Very knowledgeable staff. I like the technology they use to measure and fit to be sure they aren't just guessing on what your feet really need. I have had one occasion to not be 100% satisfied with a pair I chose and they swapped out for a different pair without making me feel one bit guilty.
Amazing experience. Knowledgeable sales staff... I have recently started running again and was having problems with my knees and feet. It turns out that my old running shoes were the problem. I was fitted for running shoes that fit properly and it has made all the difference! The last place I went to sold me the wrong shoes. It made running more difficult than it needed to be. Now, I actually look forward to going to the gym & hitting the treadmill.
