Recommended5 out of 5, but that is what I have always received at Fleet Feet. I have been shopping there from their beginning here. It has been a couple years so I had them do the foot scan. We discussed how I would be using the shoes. From all of that I was offered four suggested pairs of shoes to try on. I bought the one that I liked, no fuss, no muss. I have used them on the two times I have been out since and I am very happy with my purchase.
They took the time to really listen to my son, encourage his running habits, and help him find shoes that work for him. He loves them, and has been excited to go run since getting them.

Just had my first visit to Fleet Feet Bloomington yesterday. The store was so clean and bright, and the service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Special shoutout to Quinn who did my fitting and was extremely knowledgable about both the product and the fitting process. I will never buy a pair of running shoes anywhere else!
Took my first trip to the store today and loved it! I have never worn shoes meant for my feet before. Amazing customer service and very friendly! I will definitely be coming back and sending family as well.

Almost guilty to say first purchase at Fleet Feet. Needed new shoes and knew I needed to shop local and not buy online. Excellent service despite COVID19 happenings. Put these on at 10:30am. On all day. Usually when I get home the shoes come off. Not these! #getyourshoesoffthefurniture
