The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave me choices and explained things about my feet I didn’t even know was related to proper shoe fit!
It was great experience, I get to put different shoes on and jog in them on side walk. Girls over the counter are very helpful and they have pretty much all the top of the lines shoes. I highly recommend this place if you’re pro runner.
This is more than just a great running gear store! Fantastic friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers. Many events, coaching and running community activities organized through Flee Feet Pleasanton. I always buy my running gear here. They have helped me with excellent choices that work well for me (I have fussy feet). I also like to buy local to support our Downtown businesses. Thanks, Fleet Feet!
The staff at fleetfeet are very laid back and kind. They have extensive knowledge of their products and running in general. So much to the point they will run with you on weekends and offer classes for every level of runner. If the store is busy and have to wait a bit to be helped that’s great, I’m happy to see the business thrive. Special thanks to the amazing and friendly folks up at fleet Feet Pleasanton. This place has really gone downhill to a new low. Staff does not seem to care for customers and have a weird attitude and they seemed racial, especially one guy by the name Steve. Went in and were told that there is around 15 -20 minutes wait.. we agreed to the wait and were entertained after 75 minutes or so. The staff had no courtesy of updating us of the longer wait time and they were ignoring our presence and attending other walk-ins which is very rude.
