I am a server at a high volume restaurant and spend my free time running or at the gym. Lately the pain in my knees and calves has become intolerable, so much so I visited a dr, who promptly sent me to Fleet Feet for proper foot wear. My fiancé and I came into fleet feet in hopes of finding a good pair of running shoes for her. What we received was above and beyond our expectations. When we walked in we were immediately welcomed into the store. The gentleman asked what brought us here and we told him that we were looking for running shoes. He then kindly asked one of the the other employees to measure my fiancées feet. The lady that fit my fiancé seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very kind. We were in on Sunday and had great service from the time we walked in the door until the time we left! We never felt rushed in trying to pick the correct shoes and everyone was so patient with us! We will be back to buy more shoes, just wished we lived closer so I could participate in events the store holds.
Love this place. I've been to other local businesses that were good, but this place far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Worked with AJ about 7 weeks ago. First running shoes after two years. I was not the best customer. Not mean, but not feeling all the questions. AJ worked with me and won me over. Never lost her patience. I ended up with a better fit (duh?) and a great experience. Signed - "grumpy gus"
My daughter Stephanie and I went to be fitted for running shoes. We have the best experience and our sales lady Lauren was so helpful.
