I know a few runners who have shopped here. Let me first admit I am not a runner. I am a nurse and wanted a good shoe for being on my feet 12 hours a night. Jean met us at the door and it was a great experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and fun! Thank you Fleet Feet Sports for a spiffy pair of kicks and insoles (I promise to wear�)! �
After several years of being a satisfied customer we had to walk out of the Altamonte store after waiting 20 minutes without anyone to wait on us and we weren't the only ones waiting. They were under staffed and spent too much time chatting with customers when so many were waiting.

I bought shoes online and was having trouble. Even though I did not buy them in store they still were willing to analyze my running and decide if it was a good shoe. Brenden helped me today and could have easily sold me another shoe. I could tell he was genuine and honest when he suggested an insole that made a huge difference and to continue in the same shoe. Even took the time to educate me on different stretching/rolling techniques. Forever customer! Always leave so impressed with this place!!!
