a month ago I came in and u spent well over an hour with me fitting me with the perfect NB joggers. u then had me try on a variety of orthotics. u reassured me to come back within a month of I wasn't happy with the Spenco orthotics. today I came in and one of your assistants exchanged them for a milder insert that he suggested after I explained how the severe arch in the original pair hurt. thank u and when I need a new pair of athletic footwear I will definitely be back!
My feet were actually measured here and I was given a bunch of different shoes to try on that worked for my feet and needs. Patrick was a wealth of info on both the sneakers and proper fit. I also left with tips on staying strong during training. You don't get that kind of attention at a big box store.
