They have a great selection and the young man there was super helpful. I love my new Brooks. I will buy my next pair at Fleet Feet.
I went in today and had a great experience buying my first pair of professionally fitted running shoes! The staff is awesome and I really appreciate the time they took to match my feet to a really great shoe. My feet haven't felt this good in a long time. I plan on being a regular customer from now on!
Updated 5/7/18. Same great staff as always, but new non local owners are pushing people away. Changing group runs to beer runs. Several families that used to run there with kids don’t now. I have volunteered for years here to help with training groups and the control they insisted on from out of town was silly. No group shirts, no discount for volunteers. After my sports med doctor recommended trying Hokas because of my foot problems, I went into the Tacoma store to check them out. Kember did a fantastic job of helping me find a pair that works for my narrow feet. She was very knowledgeable and patient (took me forever to decide!). Great experience!
