Best training program around. I started with No Boundaries 5K. They helped with running form, evaluation of what foot strike you have, encouragement when you didn't think you could do it AND best trainers ever! Connie was fantastic, helpful, caring and supportive. I met new friends that were just as encouraging as trainets. I RECOMMEND THIS PROGRAM TO THOSE WHO THINK THAT THEY CAN'T RUN. YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!
