I have been buying my running shoes from FF for years. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for several months and finally decided it might be my shoes. I went to FF 5/10/19 looking for new shoes. Amanda was the staff member that waited on me. She discussed the current issues I was having with my running shoes and suggested re-scanning my feet to see if anything had changed. RecommendedMy Pastor and his wife recommended that I come here to find a good pair of running shoes and I am so glad they did! They have this neat Fit ID thing that does a 3D scan of your feet and tells you the different measurements. Then an associate will watch how you walk to help determine what type of shoes to try on. We came into the store for the first time this past Sunday. There was people waiting to get in when they opened. I now know why!!! Best customer service we have had in a very long time. I believe Tim was the salesperson we worked with. Super Knowledgable!! We will never shop anywhere else for running shoes! 5 star experience!! Give that boy a raise!
