I'm sorry to say fleet feet just lost a customer. I was in there to exchange a pair of shoes, requested Brooks ghost, the sales girl brought me two pair. I absolutely loved one pair, had my heart set on that pair. Tried them on, perfect fit. Then was told that I could not buy them until Nov 1 because they was a special Thanksgiving line that Brooks had! We left, and I'll not be back

My husband and I have just gotten into running 5Ks. I’ve had issues with my feet for awhile and thought that I would never actually be able to run. Fleet Feet changed all of that for me. They took the time to find out exactly what I needed to run comfortably. They were able to do what 2 doctors couldn’t! Warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. What more could one ask for! I love my shoes and my socks! Great experience!
Great store and wonderful staff
My husband has had foot pain for a while and we were told to go here for the foot ID. Stephanie helped us and was so kind and helpful! He has gotten immediate foot pain relief also. Great experience!!!
Bought my first pair of Hokas today. Rachel was fantastic! She picked out the perfect pair upon analysis of my feet. Super nice and professional! I will definitely be back and recommend to others.
