The customer service is outstanding. I can honestly say this does not feel like a store, it's like family. There are no salespeople, just friends that want you to feel and do your best and guide you on how to get there. The products are high quality and there's a large variety depending on your needs. It is not a one size fits all type business and I love that!

I will only ever buy my shoes at Fleet Feet. The customer service is phenomal. Plus they introduced me to Balega socks which changed my life. On Sunday I stopped in to see if they could fix my shoe which had a slight defect. I was so surprised when they replaced my shoes! It was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. I will be a customer for life and I recommend Fleet Feet to all of my friends. Don’t skimp when it comes to your feet, spend the money on quality, customer service, and supporting local business.
