Not only is this my favorite athletic shoe store (I send all my family and clients here!) but owner Chris is a stand up guy. I had never met him before and I had a tire blow out, stuck on the side of the road w my two little ones. Mid run Chris stopped and offered help and changed the tire very efficiently. Fleet Feet fits you to the right shoe and insert. They even keep track of your history which makes it so much easier and quicker when you return. Anna Martha Thigpen did an amazing job at fitting both my husband and I for new shoes. She took her time making sure we understood each step of the process (pun intended!). She explained the importance of proper sizing, socks, calf care and reviewed our 3D scans with us. She was patient and continued to offer us solutions for shoes and socks until we found the perfect one - or two.
