Best experience ever buying a walk/run/hiking shoe. The advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was seamless. Oh, and the scanner that they use to evaluate the feet for the perfect shoe was amazing. I learned so much. Highly recommend.

If you want the epitome of 'customer service' Go to Fleet Feet Rockford :) She couldn't have been MORE helpful if she tried ! They even worked overtime, *literally !! I was a pilgrim into the over taxed land of Illinois! But needed to hit fleet feet, it was a awesome experience extremely nice helpful staff they scanned my feet in a couple minutes and got inserts perfect for me, they were not pushy in any way shape or form. Very clean store, Karla I think her name was was the best ! Will be stopping again soon!
I visited yesterday for the first time. I have never been treated as such an important person in my life. I had a super sales lady named Gloria that was attentive to my wants and needs. She provided me with some options of walking shoes after watching me walk and needless to say, I’ve never walked in such a comfortable pair of shoes. I’d like to say thank you and I’ll definitely be back in the future!
