The service was awesome. I will be returning every-time I need shoes. I’m very very happy with the service and the help I received. The shoes are a lifesaver. I went hiking this morning and felt a huge difference. The shoes were worth every penny Times two.
We had a great experience at fleet feet. We were looking for new shoes that were comfortable to walk in for a long time and we definitely found that. We worked with Carla and she was extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. She used the scanner and also watched how we walk to give personalized recommendations for our foot size and shape. First time going in wanted a pair of shoes because my back was hurting. Miranda showed 3 pairs and explained the benefits of each. Ending up buying 2. Would highly recommend.
I walked in the store knowing what shoes I wanted. The salesman insisted that I have my feet scanned, started to explain what I wanted, what I needed, then proceeded to tell me other options that I didn't want, tried to sell me orthotics which I have a prescription for already, and then brought out four pairs of shoes that were nowhere near what I wanted. I will never go back to the store.
The only place we buy our running shoes! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff!
