Very knowledgeable and personalized service
Service was great (thanks for your help, Chris!), the 3D foot scan service is a nice perk, and Fleet Feet offered multiple choices of a shoe with a high arch support.
Carla assisted us this weekend in search for long-distance running shoes as well as various accessories. She evaluated both mine and my husband's feet with the 3D foot-scanning fit ID technology. She was patient and provided clear details for her shoe recommendations without being 'pushy'. She also made suggestions for socks, how to absorb water out of shoes after a wet trail day and gave feedback on hydration products. Carla reinforced our reasons for returning to Fleet Feet!
