James is extremely knowledgeable, and was very patient. I was in the store for about 2-3 hours and he made sure I left comfortable, and happy.
The Associate at Fleet Feet, Tracen, did an excellent job with my customized sneaker fitting. He listened to and answered all my questions. He picked out a selection of sneakers for me to choose from that would be the best shoes for my particular feet. With his assistance I found the Hoka Gaviota 5 the most comfortable and supportive, and they even have a wider toe box. Thank you so much for a wonderful customized foot fitting experience and a great pair of sneakers.
