I was delighted with the quality, style and supply of footwear in the store. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and don’t rush you to make a decision. I’ll be returning soon.
Finally got my elderly Italian father to come to the store to get a decent pair of shoes. Sal Was the gentleman who helped us. He took his time with my dad and knew went to offer Assistance and when to step back. He was very patient and knowledgeable and my dad actually found a pair that he liked, which is no small feat. Pun intended. We’re definitely recommendIng!
We actually went to the wrong store, and I’m glad we did. Adam was kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. He helped my boyfriend and I with our foot scans, and took his time explaining what everything meant. He finally helped up narrow down the best shoes for us. He was patient and very helpful. We will definitely be back for our future running needs.
En día lunes fui a la tienda, lamento no recordar el nombre de la asistente, me hizo el escaneo, fue empate a y me mostró DIF opciones, dedicándome todo el tiempo a mi y mi marido, un 10 para esta asistente.
Very happy with my experience at Fleet Feet. Sal took the time to scan my feet and work through my best options. Tried on 7 pairs before deciding on the right ones. 30 day exchange policy is great. Overall, I don’t know why anyone would shop anywhere else.
