Terrible customer service. Had an appointment at the store it said they had the sneakers I get there and I had to wait almost a half an hour before anyone even acknowledged me and then they tell me they don't have the sneakers and I should have called first. And you still never answered the phone I saw the phone ringing
I’ve now purchased twice through Ryan because of his customer service the first time, he definitely knows what he’s doing and has changed the way I run completely! Thank you Ryan and thank you fleet feet for having a great staff that takes their time and actually acknowledges their customers!

I’ve been here twice and the service was amazing and extremely helpful. Ryan helped me and my girlfriend out with our feet scan and was extremely kind and professional he brought us out multiple shoes and sizes and assured us what our best choices were, Overall great experience would definitely recommend and I will continue to keep giving this business my money without hesitation.
