I have to sing the praises of the staff at Fleet Feet- Voice of America, West Chester. Despite the store being busy, I was waited on and walked through the foot I.d process. Mallory was very friendly and helped me decide on the best pair of Hokas. I appreciate her help after many shopping experiences that have left me with shoes that are ill fitting. Great store. Service was excellent and Lars helped me find the perfect shoes for my needs. Walked 2 miles in them this morning, and no breaking in was needed; they are perfect.
Had a great experience. It was beneficial to understand what the scan meant, as well as my stride analysis. I was shown several options and picked the one that felt perfect.
go in and get a foot scan....helpful and friendly staff.
