If you are having foot pain they may be able to help. I’ve tried many shoe brands but have finally found the right shoe (HOKA Bondi 9). I’ve had foot pain for a while and nothing has worked Fleet Feet has got me in the right shoe and insoles because my pain is gone. Really worth the price. Service was exceptional and will go back when I need new shoes.

Customer service is a joke. Sit and wait for 30 minutes, 0 reps assisted, 0 reps greeting customers. Dicks Sporting Goods is right down the street, much better inventory and customer service. Not to mention better cost!! Terrible store.

Walk in the store looking for a certain shoe. Lady immediately says I need to scan something so someone can help me... What? Okay. Scan the thing. It wants my phone number and I can't opt out of them not using my number for things that will annoy me. Put in a fake number. I just want the shoe. Would like to know my foot size. They have a device that requires me email. I give them my spam email. I don't mind places like this going out of buisness to Amazon.

I’ve been a fleet feet fan since 2015. However I can’t stand this location. Unfriendly, lacking customer service and sometimes just rude. I’ve been a runner for a long time. When I go in I know exactly what I want Hoka Bondi 9 size 11 color typically doesn’t matter something dark. Why can’t this location understand that true runners don’t need sit down fitting every time. Today they were just rude nobody manning the register. And ignoring everyone else in the store.
