Really great experience. I wanted to get more into running, but my previous shoes were too narrow and cutting off circulation on the sides of my feet when I ran, so I was looking for something better. I couldn't really answer any of the questions about preferences Sedona had for me, but I was assured that it was ok and we could try several different shoes that she thought would work based off my scans. The technology was super helpful in informing what shoe to purchase, it was cool that the waiting area had recovery equipment so you weren't just sitting around, and Sergey was super helpful and knowledgeable.
Decent return policy but when I ask to try on a brand of shoes shown online as having several styles in my size in stock, I’m told they don’t have anything of that brand at all above a size 9… mkay
This is the only place I buy my running shoes! Everyone has been very friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait very long. Thank you!
