Great experience! Helpful staff and great selection of shoes. Finally wearing the right size lol
The worst. I stopped on to ask a few questions. Was told I had to sign up. After 30 minutes waiting a person came back from break and started to help the first person they saw that was there for 5 minutes and skipped me who was waiting. Never go into this place the help were rude. It was all about the people that work here not about the client. Also they did not have very much to show. Excellent customer service from Sergey really made my shopping experience enjoyable.
Xavier was super helpful. He provided tons of good information and took the time to try out a lot of different shoe options to narrow down what was best for my feet. Highly recommend going in for an analysis and fitting!
Love this place and how helpful staff is anytime I go, and never pushy about selling stuff. Just useful information about how to make my feet happy! Today Silas took a lot of time to do just that and definitely sold me on the Brooks I just bought online
