Service was great and my sales person did a fabulous job. Although when my shoes began tearing near the toes I brought them in to get exchanged. Unfortunately I was told there is nothing they can do. Their solution was to line the inside with duct tape to prevent this. Not exactly what I would like to do to a $130 pair of shoes after only a month of use. I was recently in your Wolf Road store. I had just been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis, and came right to the store from my doctors appointment to get these inserts. I was a little revved up by all that had happened and when I got to the store a women by the name of Janice took care of me...What a "patient and dedicated women she was. She listened to me carry on and on and she was so nice about it. I have other leg and feet problems that had to be dealt with also, so you can understand a little more about how hard she work... read more

I don't typically promote things, however I just have to say how much I like having Fleet Feet Adirondacks in Malta so close. They know me when I walk in (not because i have a running gear shopping problem), but because Charlie is a great guy with a great staff�. They will always have my business!

Went to their Malta location yesterday for what was nothing short of exceptional customer service. It was like being fitted for a suit except for the perfect running shoe.
I went for my first "formal" fitting for running shoes ... About a month before my first Ragnar relay ... The young man (I wish I could remember his name) spent a great deal of time fitting me, watching me run, watching me walk, asking me questions, etc. I wasn't sure I agreed with some of what he said & recommended but figured hopefully he knew better than me!
