Horrible customer service after the sale. had a defect with a On sneaker and they said 60 days is it....too bad. I am Glad ON is good to deal with!

While I love the customer service at Fleet Feet I was very disappointed to see the exact $120 sneakers I bought hours later at the mall for $70 😢
Customer service was great! Ben fitted our son for cross country trainers a couple weeks ago. We went today for Spike weekend and Ben remembered us and remembered which spikes my son liked. Very happy with the service.

I haven't tried out my shoes yet, as I just got them today, but I am thrilled to try them out and I'm more than happy with my experience there!
Fleet Feet staff were so friendly! Jordon greeted me and took his time to listen to my concerns about my walking and what the physical therapist has said about my constant back and knee problems. I said I typically have gone New Balance but I’d try other things. I told him about my plantar fasciitis and he noticed I also tend to roll in with my feet. He brought me out of a bunch to try and wasn’t upset when I ended up going with the first one I tried. He also noticed because of a recent back injury I couldn’t lift my legs up... read more

Not very professional. Went to return inserts, not realizing they were put in the shoes at the store at the time of purchase. Instead of being told that the inserts in the box were that from the shoes, I was stared at until I asked what the problem was. Then I was still not told what was wrong, but rather shown what the real inserts look like until finally saw that the label on the inserts had the name of the sneakers on them. Customer service has gone down hill. Shop for your own shoes. No working with you to get the best fit. Old lady with red sauconey shirt needs to find a new job.
