As a true person dont let them mess with your vehicle most of the filters are wrong size they will use gasket sealer on ur oil drain plugs or slap a used washer on the oil drain plug shop equipment lacks of upkeep tools scattered about like a puzzle needs to be solved oh be careful do your training right away before they schedule your appointments really messes with the service writers day thanks for the free lesson on not what to do at a shop poor experience working with fleetfarm
Security kicked me out cuz somebody else did something stupid
I needed a quick oil change so I came to Fleet Farm and This tire shop told me I needed a new tires, my normal mechanic told me the measurements they gave me were incorrect and that my tires will be fine for at least another year or two. If you’re in a pinch and need an oil change Fleet is probably fine, but I wouldn’t recommend them for more.
Do not go here; this is not a trustworthy auto shop. They have bad attitudes, poor customer service, and lie to people. Got tires a few years ago from them along with rotations and several oil changes so i have interacted with many employees over the few years i was a customer. One time they let me sit in the waiting area for an extra hour after my car was done and made no attempt to walk 10 feet over or call my name to notify me.
