Security kicked me out cuz somebody else did something stupid
I needed a quick oil change so I came to Fleet Farm and This tire shop told me I needed a new tires, my normal mechanic told me the measurements they gave me were incorrect and that my tires will be fine for at least another year or two. If you’re in a pinch and need an oil change Fleet is probably fine, but I wouldn’t recommend them for more.
Do not go here; this is not a trustworthy auto shop. They have bad attitudes, poor customer service, and lie to people. Got tires a few years ago from them along with rotations and several oil changes so i have interacted with many employees over the few years i was a customer. One time they let me sit in the waiting area for an extra hour after my car was done and made no attempt to walk 10 feet over or call my name to notify me. After waiting 2 hours for a oil change, i went to the desk to ask how much longer and the guy s... read more
