Its pains me because I like FF. 3 times we went to Hudson FF in the last year. Frist time was a more urgent situation. The frist one, we ordered tires the came in... and they had ordered the wrong ones. We had no choice but to have those put on... then the balance was so far off we had to come back... we then had ordered another 2 tires to put on our van and again they ordered the wrong ones. Send these people to tire college. First time using FF tire 2/4 valve stems leaked. Had to go back for another 2 hour appointment. Second time same thing different vehicle. 2/4 stems leaked again. Had to reschedule more time off work to wonder around FF for another couple hours. Then at 445 I get a call saying the car is done. Walk over and the lights were off. Had to go find a manager to get my keys and unlock the service dept. Third time the "mechanic" installed all 4 tires backwards. Yes, backwards. I then asked to schedu... read more
