I've worked with Rami for over a decade now and he has helped me with multiple leases. He's incredibly efficient, responsive, and consistently finds great deals. Rami handles everything from negotiating the lease to getting the car delivered right to me. Most recently, he helped me get out of a lease where I actually owed money, and still managed to make the transition into my new lease smooth and hassle-free.
Update 2022: Once again, great experience with Fleet Direct and Rami! He found my car when everyone else was saying it simply wasn't available. I live out of state now and he ensured that my purchase and all the red tape necessary to complete an out of state purchase was accomplished easily and smoothly. Rami truly makes the process of buying or leasing a car painless. First, he’ll ask you what type of vehicle you are interested in, down to the smallest detail. Once he locates the vehicle, he does the negotiating for you and gets the best deal. If you have any questions, he promptly returns your calls. He delivers the new vehicle to your home and returns your old vehicle. I don't usually like to recommend people UNLESS I know they are one hundred percent on their game, and Rami is!
