Im from west Virginia and I went to Cleveland yesterday for an event. I got caught with my sister and best friend in the middle of the tornado on the 6th. My car was getting pelted and the only people who’d offer us a place to ride it out was this place. There was a lovely man named TED who offered this. Hirum the owner is an honest hardworking man.He respects everyone he deals with.He will help you finance if he can.Pure business man and family man.Vehicles are in great shape.He will not sell you a lemon.I even put my name on it
Bad service. I couldn't get Ted to answer basic questions. I wouldn't waste my time traveling there. I knew right away the customer service was bad
