Excellent Customer Service: the purpose of contacting EcoPro was to exterminate a bad case of yellow jacket infestation; the technician came as scheduled, treated the insects and informed me that a 2nd application may be required (at no extra cost) - this was the case. The pesty insects are now gone. For a well-done job, I give ECOPRO a 5 Star Helene
