I wanted to like this place, I really did but the hair is not that good. It gets very tangled no matter what I do to it. I tried downy for 1 1/2 days-didn't work. Tried a deep conditioner for 2 days- made it just a little bit better after this and when I straightened it. The only reason I give 2 stars is bc the customer service was good. They are very knowledgeable but as for the hair, I am not that impressed but maybe I got bad bundles
