I am truly disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in for a simple all-over color retouch, requesting a basic brown/dark brown shade. Instead, my hair came out red. I noticed right away during the blow-dry that my hair had a strong red tone, which I repeatedly mentioned to the stylist, since I personally dislike red in my hair. When I got home and saw my hair in the sunlight, it was even worse — it looked purple-red. Shae styles my very thick and curly hair with ease and great attention to detail. Every blowout, color service, and spray tan I have received from Shae has been great! She will be doing color on my teenage daughter as a back to school outing and she is so excited for a new look, too. Thanks, Shae!
