Wendy said, "Come, be here." She introduced us to Jenny Lawson who said, "You are Here." (The title of her awesome self-exploration coloring book.) And then we all GOT THERE. With colored pencils, and markers, and glitter glue... I haven't had that much fun in a good, long while. Coloring shifts your nervous system. You breathe more calmly. You relax ans smile more easily. Take a break: with some crayons and your creative spirit! Thanks, Wendy! That was AWESOME!

Love going to Flawless Day Spa. I had a massage with Liam yesterday and was experiencing pretty severe back pain when I arrived. Liam is a very intuitive body worker and knew exactly what to do to get me back to living life and moving with ease. I have been seeing him fairly regularly for the past year and he is a very gifted massage therapist who makes it possible for me to maintain the active lifestyle I love. Thank you Liam!
