If you're looking into various skin and/or waxing services, I absolutely recommend Flawless Skin Studio! I've been coming to Roxie at Flawless Skin Studio for years now, and have always enjoyed working with her. I primarily go for the waxing services (though I may go for a facial soon) and she does a fantastic job every time. She's thorough, quick and friendly. Not worth the hassle! While the quality of the facial services Roxie provided are great, the business sides of things is terrible. I was a dedicated client for many years, through 2 location moves. However, in the space of the last few years I used her service, I never once had an appointment that was not canceled usually within an hour of my appointment by text. I thought I’d try this place out because of the good reviews, but boy was I wrong to ignore the negative ones. Not once, but twice I was contacted less than 1.5 hours before my appointment just to be told it had to be cancelled. The second time it wasn’t even a call, but a text. Both times it’s completely disrupted my day and sabotaged the little free time I have as a full time employee and full time student.
