My girlfriend got dip done, and they asked if she wanted them cut and she said yes and they cut them a decent length that she was happy with, then they proceeded to use an acrylic nail to rip off the rest of the dip which ripped up her nails that she had been growing out, and then they ended up being so short and different lengths.

I went to get a pedicure and dip on my hands yesterday. The lady who did my pedicure was top notch. She did an amazing job. She made sure everything was cleaned up after my pedicure before I walked out the door. The lady who I’m pretty sure is the owner or manager did my dip set while I was getting my pedicure was the worst. It was uncomfortable. I attended this nail salon approximately three weeks ago, and now today after the removal of my nails at home, I have found that there is green fungi underneath four of my nails. It is dark green with a mix of brown color. I am very disappointed in this nail salon and the improper use when it comes to cleaning your utensils I paid a well enough amount of money to receive a great service, and that I did not. Therefore, I will not be coming back due to the unprofessionalism.

This was my first time in Flawless Nails getting a deluxe pedicure and it was excellent. I will definitely be returning! Vincent done a fabulous job on my feet
