I booked a 2-hour hair and makeup session for 12:00 PM. At 9:15 AM, I notified them that I would be 30 minutes late and confirmed I would still pay for the full service as long as makeup could be done. I arrived at 12:26 PM and checked the booking app, which showed they were less than 2km away and remained there until 12:40. When I reached out to see if they could still assist, my booking was cancelled and payment was taken anyway. Extremely unprofessional.
Ritu did my make up for a dance performance. She delivered perfection! It was exactly what I asked for and it stayed for the entire afternoon and evening. I highly recommend Ritu! She is so talented and delivers high quality work
Highly recommended!!!!!
“I had a great experience and received amazing service. I was very happy with my hair and makeup. Highly recommend! She has great knowledge and skills, and was very professional and calm throughout the entire process.”
Not happy
