Called and booked their services, my unit was not working, they immediately charged my card and gave me a 5hr window for la technician. 10mins after the 5hrs I called to find out when will a technician be there only to be told , "technician will not be able to make it today, so can we come tomorrow." Had I not called I wouldn't know no one is coming. Now they want me to wait 2-5 business days to get my money back. Dispatcher was rude and loud, would never recommend this company.

For nearly 7 years, Flawless HVAC Service has been our HVAC contractor for both our home and business. During last winter's bitter cold, this company responded almost immediately to a crisis we had when our furnace broke down. Jack diagnosed the problem and provided a solution the same day we called, restoring our heat. He did what he needed to do to fix the problem in our basement, despite the bitter cold.
