Ian and his team did a FANTASTIC job with the demolition of over 350 sq ft of old tile (with the cement board, etc underneath!) and the installation of new prefinished wood flooring in my 250 sq ft kitchen, with a beautiful wood that matches my family room floor better than I could have hoped! This was a big job, and they did it in 2 days!! Unbelievable! Ian had 5 people there (including himself) the first day and got the whole floor demolished with a minimum of dust escaping. Had an appointment set-up to obtain an estimate for repairs. First, no one showed up. Second, I followed up with a call on the same day and left a message; no one called back. After multiple calls over two days, I was finally able to get a hold of someone who insisted their estimator had stopped by twice (I was home all day waiting) then promptly told me that "we aren't the right company for you" and hung up. Indeed, they are not the right company for me.
