This post could have been a 1-star gripe fest—but I’d give a sixth star if the app let me. We fully renovated the first floor of our home last year—down to the studs. Ian and his team did a FANTASTIC job with the demolition of over 350 sq ft of old tile (with the cement board, etc underneath!) and the installation of new prefinished wood flooring in my 250 sq ft kitchen, with a beautiful wood that matches my family room floor better than I could have hoped!
