The salesman was great! Other than that a total disaster. He came out to do an estimate for bathroom, kitchen, and front hall. The price was good and the selection was great! He saw our problem areas and based on that, he made recommendations for waterproof, glue down tile flooring. It turned out really nice, but around 5-6 months in they had to come out to re glue corners. Keep in mind it was to be WATERPROOF flooring. Not professional and non responsive. They refinished three rooms in my house and left black marks on the walls, damaged woodwork and put a scratch in our new refrigerator. Would not recommond.
