We had a wonderful experience with Flawless. They did a beautiful job on our new wood flooring. The guys that installed it did a quality job. Everyone from sales to installation are top notch.

We were very excited to begin this project, but ended up very disappointed with Flawless Flooring. We had recently purchased a 1936 home, removed all of the carpeting, and hired Flawless Flooring to refinish approximately 950 square feet of original hardwood floors, feather in new flooring where a previous addition had been built, and rebuild four stairs that had been replaced with plywood when the carpet was installed.
