We had Flawless Flooring do our basement. Every step was easy. We worked with Lance while ordering and he was very friendly and easy to work with. Jimmy did the floor, he worked quick and did an amazing job. Would recommend

The installer did excellent work and communicated next steps throughout the process. The operations manager answered questions and addressed any concerns. We had our dining room floor refinished and were very pleased that we were shown several stain colors and that the options for the top finish coat were clearly explained to us. We now have an oak floor that shows the natural beautiful wood grain that I love. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish.
