It was a pleasure to work with Flawless Flooring from start to finish. The project manager was communicative, thorough and very responsible. The quote was fair and the scheduling was convenient. The installer did excellent work and communicated next steps throughout the process. The operations manager answered questions and addressed any concerns. The final product is beautiful--we are very pleased with our new hardwood floors. I highly recommend Flawless Flooring!
Thank you to Flawless Flooring for the great work. We had our dining room floor refinished and were very pleased that we were shown several stain colors and that the options for the top finish coat were clearly explained to us. We now have an oak floor that shows the natural beautiful wood grain that I love. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish.
