It’s been 6 weeks since Flawless Flooring, New Berlin, refinished my white oak plank floors in my kitchen/breakfast area from honey oak to neutral. We had the pleasure of working with Dave and Andy — an absolute dream team! Andy did a truly impeccable job removing our old flooring, feathering new hardwood boards with existing boards, and refinishing the entire first floor of our home. Not very flawless! Quality control was poor. I had to point out numerous problems that took numerous return trips to correct, including things that the installer felt they were not responsible for doing despite what I purchased. Even the invoice had to be corrected numerous times. I had high expectations and felt let down.
Hats off to this commendable company. Not only were their workers respectable kind and some of the hardest workers I've met. Their hearts and help after we suffered bad storm damage. Amazing company wouldn't think of having my floors done by anyone else.
Very pleased start to finish. Dena in the showroom was very attentive. Justin came to our home to measure and gave us an estimate in a timely manner, and Billy and Kiana were master installers and so nice to have in our home.
