Jessie was an amazing project manager, patient, answered all my questions. Jimmy and Jaden did great prep work, and Daniel did a beautiful, precise floor install. Dave the operations manager was kind and addressed all my questions. I highly recommend this small, family owned business.
This is the third time we have used Flawless Flooring for our hardwood floors, and once again, they exceeded all expectations!This time, we hired them to tear out carpet and install new oak wood floors. We have had Flawless flooring complete several projects over the last year from LVT, carpeting and hardwood flooring. The in-house installers have done a great job with each of the projects and the communication has always been excellent. Dave the owner always made sure that we were happy with the finished product and assured us that if any issue arose he would make sure it would be taken care of.
