Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Patel is amazing ! She explains in a simple manner. She is patient centered and recommends an appropriate course of action if needed. She advises without being condescending. I am nervous about dental visits and she and her staff are so caring and concerned, you are made to feel at ease quickly. I highly recommend her !
Dr. Hartel Patel is well mannered but lacks surgical experience. She undertakes to fix your problem that she is not adequately trained for. Only after a few visits devoted to cleaning and basic dentistry, not even needed, she refers you to dental surgeon. I had a very bad experience. Also her staff asks for advance payment before the work is performed. She hides what she can't perform.
Not a big fan of Dentist Offices but this one never disappoints. The staff is very nice and professional you can tell they actually care about the patients dental health as well as comfort.
My first appointment went wonderful. The staff was professional and very caring. Wow!!! The chairs with seat warmers and TV's on the wall-ceiling. Entertainment while you get your teeth cleaned. You bet I'm going back.
