As a new patient, I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process easy. The dentist and clinical team were professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The office is clean, modern, and very well run. I felt comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Rude office..rude billing secretary..had a crown done, paid cash and then had them file a claim with my private insurance . Instead of sending the check directly to me they sent it to their billing dept took a cut and sent me a partial check.Pure thievery

They are extremely unprofessional. I waited for an hour to be called after my scheduled appointment time and they kept on calling other people that came in after me. The lady at the reception was nor helpful either just saying when I asked her how long 2 more minutes on and on..

I’ve had multiple visits here for fillings, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tydnell. She’s incredibly sensitive to her patients, making sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout every procedure. The front desk staff was also great—very organized with appointments and reminders. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent, caring dental care!
