I went to Alexa today for a color and cut for the first time, and it was such a wonderful experience. She took the time to talk me through the color I wanted , made sure to apply it perfectly and was mindful that it didn’t get on my ears and forehead which is a problem at other salons for me (I dye it black so that could be a challenge!). The shampoo was great and if you’re a short person, you’ll appreciate the bowls that come to you so you aren’t having to strain your neck to get your hair washed (iykyk).
