Flavory Bistro is a gem in Ankeny! Everything is so fresh and so flavorful. The Caesar Salad and hummus plate are my favorites. My husband loves the gyros! When we have a date night we order ahead for the Seafood Paella. It’s to die for! So lucky to have this wonderful place in Ankeny!
Food is great. Not sure what was going on tonight-we went early-at 5:00 - only one other table before us. Service was poor, took forever. Was going to order an appetizer, but by the time we were waited on, we were ready for dinner. Took well over an hour. Family near us with two very young children waited even longer, with food coming out at different times-the dad’s food was probably cold by the time everyone was served.
The food is simply amazing. Everything is super fresh and the seasoning and taste is out of this world. All the staff there are super nice, helpful and make your meal time the best they possibly can.
