I purchased a Groupon for unlimited laser hair removal on a small area. I went to the consult and had a hard tome finding the location in Atlanta. Took me about 15 minutes and numerous of calls to finally get in touch with the young lady (assuming) that owns the business. The email with the directions were not clear at all and I had to find parking and walk to the facility. Made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon for one year of laser treatments. Had a consult and one treatment, then the merchant refused to schedule the additional treatments. It's very difficult to book appointments with this merchant. They have no formal front desk to answer phone and schedule and no way online to book groupon appointments, only paid appointments. They also refuse to refund money for services purchased and unable to book. The office looks like they just moved in or packing up move soon. Very disorganized and ... read more
