I have used Flavin with Colleen Clark on multiple occasions for different residential properties over the past 10 years. She and the staff at Flavin were outstanding. I had them as property managers as well for a rental and Haley, the property manager was exceptional throughout the lease period. Would highly recommend using Flavin for lease or purchase/sales.
