This woman really sucks. My daughter has been looking for her Medication since last week. I had to pick my daughter up from school because she was having so much anxiety. Please don’t go to this woman because she is a horrible doctor. I believe she is trying to retaliate because her staff has been getting on her about sending off these prescriptions.
I've called the office 4xs asking for assistance with weight loss. I get the same excuse "someone will call you back". I'm over it now!!!
What ever company she uses for her appointments suck. The girl Torah was unprofessional- still haven’t gotten my daughter appointment scheduled- I like the Dr. Thomas but the customer service is horrible. I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit for being denied medical services that Medicaid sent my family by Medical City Healthcare- Where is the care? Why can’t my child have her follow up? One of the best PCP you could ever imagine. She takes the “ I hate going to the Doctors office” feelings away! She personable and understanding. She makes you feel comfortable at all times. She’s been in practice for over 20 years And she knows what’s she’s doing!
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Dr Thomas since 2015, she’s been my PCP for quite a long time and is always able to solve all my health issues. In addition her bedside manner and interest in my life adds to our relationship. Strongly recommend Dr Thomas for all your PCP needs!
