I went to Kate today and got my haircut and she did a phenomenal job! She was so nice and personable which made the experience so much better because I was honestly a little nervous! I came away with a huge smile on my face because my hair feels the best it has in years! Big thank you to her for making me feel like my best self again!
My weft has fallen out of my head twice and the first time it was reinstalled because it came out of my head and I was given a wash and style to “make it right” after that the same thing had happened again and I got fired as a client, refunded only $75 out of the $100 I paid, and was told I hope I find someone. Also if someone is a client of someone you aren’t friends with anymore keep it professional.
