My weft has fallen out of my head twice and the first time it was reinstalled because it came out of my head and I was given a wash and style to “make it right” after that the same thing had happened again and I got fired as a client, refunded only $75 out of the $100 I paid, and was told I hope I find someone. Also if someone is a client of someone you aren’t friends with anymore keep it professional.
Allison was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the entire Oribe product line. She made great recommendations and took the time to explain everything. I will absolutely be returning to purchase more products!
