I had Lasik done about a year and a half ago. Flaum staff and doctors were fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the results! Edit: 5 years in. Still happy! No issues whatsoever.

Ridiculous fees for non services. So after charging my insurance hundreds of dollars for a non complete eye exam (snow storm made me feel uncomfortable having my eyes dilated) I am charged an additional non covered by my insurance fee labeled contact lens fitting. I was asked if my prescription for my contacts was still good. I say yes, and am told she will just continue with the same prescription. If I’m being changed a fee labeled as such I would expect my eyes to be measured, new prescription written, and sample lens.
