Ask them to install a WiFi thermostat. Installer had never done. Worked then woke up 5 days later to temp of 50 degrees. Thermostat system error. No after hours service and windchill to be -30 so called another service. They said jumper wire needed. Called PFE to ask for refund. They said it was installed correctly? Why did it quit and require another service call. Will never use them again sticking with design air
Wheras I called Flaugher Electric on November 13, 2018 a rep/tech came out from or at least my bank statement read Appliance Mart as who recieved payment for the work. My or anyone's freezer is plugged in and within a window of about 27 to 36 hours as I put food in it for the wnd time the freezer wasnt getting any power. The technician's name he signed as Charlie.
