I’ve lived here for 4 months, and while the environment is generally good (4/5) cleanliness is decent (4/5) and building (5/5 ) , but the service has been very disappointing (2.5/5). The biggest issue has been the AC — it leaks and makes loud noises from the pump almost every week. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but the problem was never truly resolved. Many nights, I’ve been woken up at 2 AM or 5 AM by the noise, and it’s been difficult to fall back asleep. When I reported it to the staff, they simply said it w... read more
I’ve lived here for about two months, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The management team is over-the-top, maintenance is very prompt, transparent, and truly cares to make things right. The communication overall is superb and appreciate it so much! Valet trash is a WONDERFUL amenity, although I really wish folks would NOT leave their trash out 24/7 🤢, but that’s not the fault of the property. The complex is stunning. Edward was amazing. Great guy. Knew the property inside and out, knew exactly what to recommend for me.
Nice apartment complex with some caveats. Outside is very pretty and amenities are top notch. Units are clean and functional with up to date smart locks. Only downsides are the Internet and AC units. The per room climate control is cool but the units themselves aren't great. My girlfriends had a leak in it that caused wall damage. The Internet is a single access point that you have no control over. If your a tech savvy person who wants to set up a custom network then you should probably look elsewhere.
