I’ve lived here for 4 months, and while the environment is generally good (4/5) cleanliness is decent (4/5) and building (5/5 ) , but the service has been very disappointing (2.5/5). The biggest issue has been the AC — it leaks and makes loud noises from the pump almost every week. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but the problem was never truly resolved. Edward and Jordan were the best!! They made me feel so comfortable and made the whole moving/leasing process a breeze. Definitely recommend leasing with Flatz, these guys are killing it!!! Whole property is amazing, amenities, prices, & staff. Thank yall so much for making this process so easy! :)
