We did extensive homework on all types of shelters- in-house safe rooms, in-garage safe rooms, and in-garage floor shelters. After settling on an in-floor model to save garage space, we investigated many different sources, and found that FlatSafe offered the best quality and highly satisfied customers. From working with Bob on the sales side, to Matt installing it, to Debbie on the paperwork part- it was a very smooth process and we are very satisfied. We highly recommend them for your shelter needs!
This is a very good product & company to deal with! I would definitely recommend this company for a storm shelter. We love having the peace of mind that we now have a safe place for our family when a storm is headed our way. We purchased the 6-8 preston HDPE shelter. The single piece lid design and the 50 year warranty were key factors in our decision to use this company. However, the customer service ended up being the best part of our experience.

After countless hours of research and reading reviews we decided on FlatSafe. I am glad we did. They answered all the questions I had promptly and accurately. Install crew was professional and very detail oriented. Worked together as a well oil machine should. Cleaned up and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Would recommend to anyone I know.
