Never really fixed anything if they did it would be diffrent people at your house and something always breaking the next day fees to pay that wasn’t even on the lease and they money hungry every time I paid rent it was on time or 2 days late yall could’ve had a voucher paying yall but they held my voucher knowing they was gonna fail inspections got 6 apartments that needs renovations, and just 3 apartments that newly remodeled my toilet even was leaning
I been hearing these apartments bad honestly. They don’t fix nothing in the apartments .
This company is trying to charge my sister a processing $100 fee to process her section 8 voucher…. This is against the law. The apartments won’t pass inspection anyway!!!!!
I've rented from this agency going on 6 months. When the roof sprang a leak, it was fixed. When I needed the locks changed, they were changed the following morning. Property management is kind. Maintenance is great. My landlords are wonderful. I plan to stay with Flats to Let until I buy my own house. #Blessed
