Avoid at all costs!
Worst management. Towed a car illegally and then refused to pay for it.
Requested a tour on Zillow. Arrived at 9am at the stated address… no one on site. Called after 10 minutes and was told someone would be here by 9:30. Nobody came. Disappointing 30 minute drive for nothing.
If you care about sleep, peace, cleanliness, ANYTHING of that caliber, do NOT stay here. Could sit here and tell you all about the neighbors in the units, or the neighbors on residential streets, or how “all bills paid” is not even CLOSE to what it really means. Just take this one line of advice, DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.
I currently live here! I feel comfortable living here, neighbors are nice! Is difficult to get a hold of someone when trying to call the office, I have to drive to their office to be able to talk to someone, don't mind is not far. Staff at the office are always nice and answer all of my questions and concerns. Any issues they try to resolve right away. They pay attention to our complaints!!
