Could sit here and tell you all about the neighbors in the units, or the neighbors on residential streets, or how “all bills paid” is not even CLOSE to what it really means. Just take this one line of advice, DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.
I currently live here! I feel comfortable living here, neighbors are nice! Is difficult to get a hold of someone when trying to call the office, I have to drive to their office to be able to talk to someone, don't mind is not far. Staff at the office are always nice and answer all of my questions and concerns. Any issues they try to resolve right away. They pay attention to our complaints!! Been living here for 4yrs. Great place and location. Management is really good and friendly.
I'm so excited about my new apartment.. Everyone is so kind,helpful and polite. I really want to thank Kunal Shah the property manager and Reyna and Dana for their kindness and helpfulness.
I’ve noticed all the bad reviews are old reviews are bad reviews. I’ve lived here 3 months and I have nothing negative to say. Kunal is very responsive and helpful, the building is always being cleaned and maintained. I’m only disappointed about lack of roof access but I’m assuming it’s just covid related concerns.
